How do I create a music store?
Go to tenant_signup.php, fill in your details. A platform admin approves your store, then it goes live.
How do I upload music tracks?
Master your audio, convert to HLS with FFmpeg on your Mac, then upload via admin/upload_advanced.php. See the HLS Upload tab for full instructions.
How does PayPal checkout work?
Buyer clicks Buy → PayPal button appears inline → buyer approves → sale saved automatically → license issued instantly. The buyer never leaves the page.
How is revenue split?
Platform takes 10%. Of the remaining: Artist gets 90%, Store gets 10%. Example: £10 → £1 platform, £8.10 artist, £0.90 store.
How do I request a payout?
Go to payouts.php, enter amount and PayPal email. Platform admin processes the request.
How do I master my audio?
Use the Mastering tab or the
HLS Upload Guide. Target -14 LUFS with -1 dBTP true peak.
How do I feature a track?
Go to my_tracks.php, click "⭐ Feature" on the track.
Can I customize my store colors?
Yes! Go to store_settings.php → Branding → Choose colors.
What happens when I delete a track?
All licenses, streams, and revenue records are removed. Audio files are also deleted from storage.
Why can't the server convert audio?
Shared hosting doesn't support FFmpeg. Convert locally on your Mac, then upload HLS files.
