Welcome to the Podcast Management System! This guide will help you understand how to use all the features of our audio visualization and podcast management platform.

Note: You need to be logged in to access purchased podcasts and make new purchases.

How to Use the System

For Listening to Podcasts

Log in to your account using the login form
Navigate to "Your Purchased Podcasts" section
Click "Play Podcast" on any podcast to load it into the player
Use the playback controls (Play, Pause, Stop) to control audio
Adjust volume using the slider control

For Purchasing New Podcasts

Browse available podcasts in the "Available Podcasts" section
Check the price and description of each podcast
Click "Purchase" to buy a podcast (requires sufficient account balance)
Once purchased, the podcast will appear in your collection

For Using External Audio URLs

Paste any audio URL (MP3, WAV, OGG) into the input field
Click "Load Audio" to load the external audio
Use the visualization controls to change how the audio is displayed

Visualization Modes

The system offers five different ways to visualize your audio:

Bars Visualization

Frequency data shown as vertical bars with gradient coloring

Waveform Visualization

Time-domain representation showing the actual waveform shape

Circle Visualization

Radial visualization of frequency data in a circular pattern

Particles Visualization

Animated particles that respond to different frequency ranges

Frequency Visualization

Continuous frequency spectrum with gradient coloring

Switch between visualization modes by clicking the mode buttons while audio is playing.

Technical Information

The system uses modern web technologies for optimal performance:

Web Audio API for audio processing and analysis
Canvas API for rendering visualizations
PHP 5.6.8 for server-side processing
MySQL for data storage
Responsive CSS for multi-device compatibility

Browser Compatibility: The system works best in modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Some features may require user interaction to start audio playback due to browser autoplay policies.

Troubleshooting

Audio Not Playing

Ensure your browser allows audio playback
Check that the audio URL is valid and accessible
Try clicking anywhere on the page before pressing play (browser requirement)

Visualization Not Working

Make sure audio is playing before switching visualization modes
Try refreshing the page if visualizations seem frozen

Purchase Issues

Ensure you have sufficient account balance
Check that you haven't already purchased the podcast
Refresh the page and try again if you encounter errors
