2. State the reason for your refund request
3. We will process your refund within 5 business days

Please note:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal)
- Due to the digital nature of our products, we may ask you to confirm that you have deactivated/uninstalled the software
- Refund requests after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- License keys that have been activated cannot be refunded
