🎯 System Overview ▶

The Progress Leaderboard is a real-time ranking system that tracks every user's performance across the ITS platform. It works like a stock market ticker — showing who's gaining momentum (🟢 green) and who's falling behind (🔴 red).

💡 Core Concept: Each user gets a Progress Score (0-100%) calculated from their activity across 5 weighted categories. The leaderboard ranks everyone by this score and tracks changes over time.

Data Sources Tracked:

📊 How Scoring Works ▶

Your Progress Score is a weighted average of 5 components, each capped at 100:

// Progress Score Formula: Score = (Referral_Score × 0.30) + (Signup_Score × 0.25) + (Click_Score × 0.20) + (Campaign_Score × 0.15) + (Activity_Score × 0.10) // Each sub-score is calculated as: Referral_Score = min(Referral_Count × 15, 100) Signup_Score = min(Signup_Count × 10, 100) Click_Score = min(Click_Count × 0.5, 100) Campaign_Score = min(Campaign_Count × 20, 100) Activity_Score = min(Activity_Count × 5, 100)

💡 Example: If you have 5 referrals (75 pts), 8 sign-ups (80 pts), 100 clicks (50 pts), 3 campaigns (60 pts), and 15 activities (75 pts):
Score = (75×0.30) + (80×0.25) + (50×0.20) + (60×0.15) + (75×0.10) = 68.0%

📈 Understanding Changes (▲ Green / ▼ Red) ▶

The change columns show how much your activity has increased or decreased compared to a previous period — just like a stock market chart.

🔴 Red ▼ = Activity DROPPED: You had LESS activity in this period compared to the previous one.
🟢 Green ▲ = Activity GAINED: You had MORE activity in this period compared to the previous one.
⚪ Gray — = No Change: Activity stayed the same.

⚠️ Note: If you had zero activity before and now have activity, your change shows as +100% (massive gain). This is normal for new users!

🔍 Search & Predictive Filters ▶

The search bar at the top lets you instantly find users or campaigns:

Campaign Title	Matches any campaign name owned by a user	"Summer Sale" finds the campaign owner

Predictive Search Features:

Start typing — results appear instantly as you type
Results split into 👤 Users and 📢 Campaigns sections
Use ↑ ↓ arrow keys to navigate results
Press Enter to select, Esc to close
Matching text is highlighted in yellow

💡 Pro Tip: Search for a campaign name to find who owns it. Then click their campaign count to drill down and see the TokenKey!

🔗 Campaign Drill-Down (Click to See TokenKeys) ▶

When a user has campaigns, the campaign names appear as clickable blue links under their campaign count. Clicking opens a modal showing:

Campaign Title — The full name of each campaign
TokenKey — The unique 32-character reference number
🔗 View Button — Opens the live funnel page in a new tab

💡 Tip: Switch to "Daily Chg" sort to see who's hottest today — the top gainers will be at the top!

Live Ticker (Scrolling Bar):

The scrolling marquee at the top shows every user's 24-hour change in real-time. It scrolls continuously and pauses when you hover over it.

🟢 Top Gainers — The 5 users with the biggest positive activity change in the last 24 hours.

🔴 Top Decliners — The 5 users with the biggest negative activity change in the last 24 hours.

📊 Market Stats Bar: Shows aggregate data — total active users, total campaigns, total sign-ups, total clicks, and the average progress score across all users.

⚠️ Auto-Refresh: The page refreshes every 30 seconds to show the latest data. During a search, auto-refresh is paused so you can read results without interruption.

The leaderboard shows 20 users per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate:

❓ Frequently Asked Questions ▶

Q: Why is my score 0?

→ You need at least some activity (referrals, sign-ups, clicks, campaigns, or platform actions) to appear on the leaderboard. Create a campaign and share your link to get started!

Q: Why do I see "No gainers today"?

→ This means no users had a positive activity change in the last 24 hours. It happens when activity is flat across all users.

Q: How often does the leaderboard update?

→ Every 30 seconds automatically. You can see the countdown timer in the footer.

Q: Why is my row highlighted in blue?

→ That means you're logged in and the system is highlighting your own row so you can easily find yourself. It shows (YOU) next to your name.

Q: What does the 🥇 🥈 🥉 mean?

→ Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals for the top 3 ranked users in the current sort order.

Q: Can I export the leaderboard data?

→ Currently, you can print the page (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P) for a printer-friendly version. CSV export may be added in a future update.

Q: Why does search pause auto-refresh?

→ Auto-refresh would clear your search results, making it frustrating to read. It resumes when you clear the search.
